Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Rates and delivery times vary by region; you can see the approximate delivery times on our shipping page (in the footer)
Can I make changes or cancel my order?
Production begins immediately when you place an order, so changes or cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of checkout. Please double-check before confirming!
How do I track my package?
Once we ship your order, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. You can also view “My Orders” in your account for real-time updates.
What is your returns policy?
All items at OBEY // CO are made to order.. created especially for you. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged. This policy aligns with UK & EU consumer law, which excludes personalised or custom-made goods from standard returns.
If there’s a problem'
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or has another issue, we’ll put it right at no cost to you. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Because each piece is custom made, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (e.g. wrong size or style). Please check sizing guides and product photos carefully before ordering.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
If you realise you’ve chosen the wrong size within 2 hours of ordering, we may be able to adjust your order or offer a discount to reorder the correct size. Reach out ASAP!
How do I initiate a return for a faulty item?
Email support@obeyco.com within 30 days of receipt with a description and photos of the fault. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund, your choice.
My item never arrived.. now what?
If it’s been more than 30 days since the estimated delivery, let us know and we’ll investigate. If it’s confirmed lost, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost.
